What was true before the work?
A young institute had sparse or inaccurate public information. Prospective students lacked trusted context, while current students lacked an independent searchable public voice.
College choice, student expectations and public reputation were being shaped by incomplete information and one-to-one conversations that disappeared.

CRISPR joined three tracks: corrections and structured public information, admissions support with named student responders, and the growth of r/iiitn as a searchable student-voice space.

Public posts verify the admissions-support system, community milestones and the decision to transfer moderation away from CRISPR. Broader reach and perception effects remain unverified.
